Plan a private Fort Lauderdale corporate boat charter for team outings, client events and groups of up to 22 guests.

  • Private charter for 1–22 guests
  • BYOB we provide the coolers and ice
  • Captain, mate and fuel included
  • Bathroom, music and floating mat
What you’re actually booking

A private charter configured for your group.

This is a real, reservable Freaky Tiki experience—not a shared tour or referral listing. One checkout reserves the private boat, while the date, duration, occasion, guest details, and confirmed requests shape the experience you receive.

Reserve the whole boat

The 40-foot Freaky Tiki is private for your group of 1–22 guests; you are not mixed with another party.

Choose 2–6 hours

Select a 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6-hour charter. Each duration has its own live calendar, starting price, and secure checkout.

Make it fit this experience

Tell the crew what you are celebrating, who is coming, and any music, decoration, vendor, route, or timing requests. Those details help shape your group’s version of Fort Lauderdale Corporate Boat Charters.

Know what is included

Captain, mate, standard-route fuel, coolers with ice, Bluetooth sound, onboard bathroom, and floating mat are included.

Route, water time, and other experience details can vary with the date, charter length, weather, tides, operating conditions, and requests confirmed with the crew.

A Fort Lauderdale team outing people want to attend

A private boat charter moves the group beyond another conference room, restaurant table or forced team-building exercise. Coworkers and clients can talk naturally while cruising the Intracoastal, enjoying waterfront views and sharing a relaxed experience that still feels organized and professionally hosted.

Private space for up to 22 coworkers or guests

Freaky Tiki keeps the entire group on one charter with a licensed captain and mate. The 40-foot layout, comfortable seating, onboard bathroom, coolers with ice and Bluetooth sound make it practical for employee celebrations, client entertainment, sales-team outings, conference groups and small company events.

Choose the tone: daytime, sunset or water-focused

A two- or three-hour Intracoastal cruise can fit before dinner or after conference sessions. Four hours gives a team more time to relax and may support swimming when conditions allow. Longer trips work for company milestones or groups that want the charter to be the central event rather than one item in a packed schedule.

Simple logistics for the organizer

Share the confirmed pickup location, arrival time, dress guidance and what-to-bring list in one message. The listed starting price includes the private boat, captain, mate, standard-route fuel, coolers with ice and listed amenities. Holiday, special-event, high-demand and custom-trip pricing can differ. Live FareHarbor checkout shows available dates, final pricing and terms before payment.

Plan with confidence

Plan a polished corporate boat outing without over-programming it.

A clear arrival plan and a few thoughtful choices are usually more valuable than a rigid agenda once the group is on the water.

Match the timing to the workday

Use a shorter cruise after meetings, a sunset trip before dinner or a longer charter for a dedicated team celebration.

Set expectations in advance

Tell guests whether the trip is casual cruising or may include swimming so they can dress and pack appropriately.

Plan food and beverages simply

Bring easy snacks and preferred drinks; coolers and ice are provided, and BYOB rules apply to eligible guests.

I've been on the Freaky Tiki three times now. Once for a private work event and the other two times private charters with friends.

Before you board

Good questions. Straight answers.

What corporate events work on Freaky Tiki?

The private charter works for team outings, employee appreciation, client entertainment, networking groups, sales celebrations, conference add-ons and small company events of up to 22 guests.

Can a corporate charter be relaxed without swimming?

Yes. Your group can focus on scenic Intracoastal cruising, conversation, music and waterfront views. Swim or sandbar stops are optional and always depend on the selected trip and conditions.

How many guests can come aboard?

Freaky Tiki Boat Charters welcomes private groups from 1 to 22 guests. Freaky Tiki is a U.S. Coast Guard-inspected small passenger vessel operating under a Certificate of Inspection (COI) that authorizes it to carry private groups of up to 22 passengers. The COI records vessel-specific operating conditions, including the permitted route, passenger capacity, and minimum crew.

Is Freaky Tiki a good choice for a large group boat charter?

Yes. Freaky Tiki specializes in private large group boat charters for 13 to 22 guests while also welcoming smaller groups. The 40-foot layout, U.S. Coast Guard Certificate of Inspection, captain, mate, bathroom, seating, coolers and sound system help the whole guest list stay together on one boat.

Is the charter private?

Yes. Your booking reserves the boat for your group; you are not mixed with unrelated guests.

Can we bring alcohol and food?

Yes. Charters are BYOB for eligible guests. At least one guest age 18 or older must be aboard. Alcohol is allowed only when at least one guest age 21 or older is aboard, and only guests age 21 or older may drink. The person who booked the charter should bring a valid photo ID. Guests may bring any food they want; there are no restrictions on food. The boat has no way to prepare, cook, or heat food, so ready-to-eat choices such as snacks and sandwiches are usually recommended. The boat has two large coolers filled with ice. Guests may bring catering trays, cakes, and any ready-to-serve food, and food may be delivered to the boat before departure when coordinated with the crew. The boat cannot prepare, cook, or heat food and does not provide cups, plates, utensils, napkins, bottled water, or mixers.

Is there a bathroom on the boat?

The onboard bathroom is fully private and toilet paper is provided. Its marine toilet is for liquid waste only; guests who need a bowel movement should use the public restroom at the pickup area before departure.

Can we play our own music?

The boat has a powerful Rockford Fosgate Bluetooth sound system with a 12-inch subwoofer and party lights. Guests can connect a phone by Bluetooth. The boat does not provide a TV, microphone, or karaoke equipment.
