If you call, text, email or use the website contact form, we receive the information you provide so the crew can answer your question or assist with a charter. Contact-form submissions are stored securely with our website provider and are visible only to authorized Freaky Tiki administrators.
Booking information
Availability and checkout are provided by FareHarbor. When you open a booking calendar or complete a reservation, FareHarbor processes the information needed for availability, payment and reservation management under its own terms and privacy practices. Freaky Tiki receives the booking information needed to operate the charter.
Tiki chat
The Tiki assistant uses the conversation you submit to answer questions about Freaky Tiki and general trip planning. Chat history is stored in your browser’s session storage so the conversation can continue while you move through the website, and it is cleared when that browser session ends.
To understand what visitors need and improve Tiki, Freaky Tiki may keep the individual questions submitted to Tiki for up to 35 days. The website does not keep Tiki’s replies, IP addresses or chat-session identifiers with these question records. Common email-address, phone-number and payment-number patterns are removed before a question is saved. Do not enter payment-card details or other highly sensitive information into chat. Authorized Freaky Tiki administrators may review and summarize the stored questions.

A completed FareHarbor booking should only be recorded as a purchase through FareHarbor’s supported integrations after the reservation is actually completed.
